Windshield washer fluid stopped working - any ideas?

When I pull the washer level towards me, the wipers will swipe, but no fluid sprays out.

Yes - there is plenty of fluid in the reservoir.
Also, I checked the fuse it looked fine, and I even changed it with another known good fuse, and it still wont spray any fluid.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I had this happen one time while living in Upstate NY. It just got real cold and froze them (even though I do have the heated nozzles). It fixed itself and started working the next day. Gremlin maybe? Only thin I did was take my fingers and massage the tubes going to the nozzle. Perhaps there was a frozen piece back in the line that just needed a little manipulating?

...could also be a break in the washer lines. do you get a puddle under the car if you keep doing it?

(Had the line to my rear washer break once, near the amp for the stereo - what a mess)

Had this happen on the rear washer on the variant...heard the pump...no water...except for the puddle towards the driver side rear panel by the cd changer...hose came of the T-connection.

When you listen for the pump, also look down (drivers side, below the power steering reservior. Check to see of it's leaking (use a flashlight). I've had the hose detach at the pump, so it just squirts all over, instead of into the hose. As simple as plugging it back onto the fitting and securing with a zip-tie.

I tried to listen for the pump from inside the car - I couldn't hear anything.
However, I can't remember if I used to be able to hear it pump or not....
I thought that I used to be able to hear it, but now I'm not sure.
I'll have to try to listen under the hood while wifey activates it inside the car.
