The fogs were probably removed because of the IC piping.

Based on his description, I'd say the guy is trying to rip someone off. He claims the car has dyno'd at 270hp, and says it boosts of 20psi, but doesn't list a turbo upgrade. Says it has ECU work, but that won't get you to 270hp, nor 20psi. Lots of other stuff like a FMIC, flywheel, clutch etc though.

Still... that said - it's a sweet looking ride. AND he has sunk a lot of time, effort and $$$$ into it. I'd be curious about the turbo though.

 

the abd intake adds 50hp...

 

the gauges add like 25whp

 

no foglights and foglight grills = weight reduction and greater air flow +added 50hp...

 

one would think it adds the air-bucket effect. lol

I saw that car on ABDs site a little while back. I have a problem with people who make stuff up though. For example:

This car was dyno'd at 270 HP. This car boosts 20lbs and runs like a raped ape!

Yet, he doesnt list the engine mods...

All work has been professionally done. Money has been no object on this car! This car has been used to promote our audio shop

Ive seen enough audio shop demo vehicles in my day and lets just say this wouldnt want to make me go to HIS shop:

Lets see...his wheels are 19x8 and 19x9.5 as TSW doesnt make 19x8.5s. His car came with clear sidemarkers yet he lists them as mods. He says he has side skirts and a rear bumper cover when they are just painted plastic...etc.

Here is what i think happened though because im PRETTY sure i saw this car listed for sale on ABDs site about 6-8 months ago. Im guessing some random person bought it and is now reselling it and making up a lot of nonsense in the process...oh well...

 

It's real nice, just need to change the front end treatment. What do you think?

 

Own a bad-ass VW for a fraction of the cost to build it. The car is pictured with out the inserts that cover the fog light holes. I have these and they are currently installed.
