Wow, very nice. I agree, when I clayed my car & waxed her up, it looked awesome. I had never run my finger across a car before & though "Damn, that's smooth..."

 

In a hot, sunny climate, a light color is the only way to go.

Agreed! It's hard to keep my car clean since I live in the NW, but the silverstone grey does a good job of hiding dirt.

Agreed! It's hard to keep my car clean since I live in the NW, but the silverstone grey does a good job of hiding dirt.

I'm gonna have to agree. Granted, my car might not look quite as shiny and reflective when it's all waxed and what not, but my silverstone grey will look cleaner a lot longer than any of those blacks and blues. Another thing that can be said about lighter colors is the hood isn't absorbing as much heat, and that means a cooler engine compartment which = better performance. :thumbup:

i love my black and I have the porter cable polisher you are talking about. I am getting ready to work on it Saturday all day from wash to finish. I plan on using nxt wash,clay,poorboys ssr 2.5, polish with carnuba, and nattys blue paste wax to seal it. Poorboys is by far the best shine,wetness, and best to remove i have ever used! I love the stuff.
