yes, the gt-r is real, but the picture you showed is not.

 

Digital rendering and a nice one too, not related the HPA car in any way.

 

Spray on one paint color and lose the wing and it would look better.

 

I'd like to see this being raced and not on the streets. Kinda reminds me of the Holden GT they have in Australia.

 

The bodywork (especially the fenders) is absolutely hideous. looks like a wannabee-evo/sti.

 

I find the fender flares, especially the rears, exactly what the Passat needs to keep it from looking so slab sided. Overall, I like the whole thing, with the exception of 1) the fussiness of the side skirts, especially near the rear wheels and 2) the weird extension of the flat black/grey hood onto the fenders where it abruptly ends at the A-pillar. WTF?

 

The hood, the lips, the wing, and the chrome wheels make me cry. Honestly... that's painful to look at.

 

over done even for a GT-R wanna be.
