My original DV pops ( I think ) each time I hit 137 at around 5500, so can't tell... got the TT DV in the trunk waiting

My wife averaged 110 mph during a 45 mile trip just last week. She said she got behind a BMW 5-series and followed him the whole way. I didn't believe her until I checked the average trip speed. I've never had it higher than 100 mph.

I have not been able to take my car to the track yet,

Just wondering... What is the top speed on a stock V6?

 

105 MPH on a complete stock set-up,and it felt like it could do much more. I didn't trust the stock tires.
I was able to drive 125-130 MPH (for about 15 minutes) on the Autobahn in Germany last year on my way to Denmark in a rental A4 Avant Tdi 6-speed-that was pretty cool; until I had an M3 go by well over 160 MPH. I have never seen anything going that fast before in my life-it was pretty cool/scary seeing that car blast by me like I was standing still.

It's going well. I have made no changes since i last posted due to a busy life right now. But the car is consistant. And that is something that I could not say when I first got the car. I have updated every faulty part of the car accept the control arms. They are starting to go though. I can hear. The car starts right away, it fast as he.. and doesn't miss a trick.

 

152 mph 1.8t hyperboost valve upsoluted a few other goodies runnin on 19" rs6 sn coilovers sticks like glue

 

130 bone stock ran outta room, car had alot more...friends 1.8 chipped auto couldnt keep up -not even close

 

About 120ish in my Passat.

In Germany, my uncle gave me a ride in his S6. He topped it out at 250kmh, in the far left lane of the autobahn when we saw HIDs behind us coming up really fast. He quickly changed lanes, and this modified Porsche 993 flew past us at insane mach speed. We were still cruising along at 250kph and this porsche passed us like we were standing still.
