Passat 2.8L V6 Complete Timing Belt+Water Pump Kit DOHC | eBay

I just did a complete kit on my 01 V6, I know (ebay) OMG! However, after trying to run down all the parts and questions about getting the correct parts with the changeover year, these guys have sold several kits that had no problems with wrong parts. The kit was outstanding, with all top name brand parts, even the water pump was a steel replacement and not the plastic. With having to take off the WHOLE front end to do this job, I wanted to do EVERYTHING and not have to go back into it. A heads up, you may want to change the thermastat housing and serpentine belt tensioner. I saved a ton of money and had it in four days!!

 

Year? Engine? There are plenty of reputable TB Kits.

What dispute is there? If they advertise it as a metal impeller, then you can assume it is.

I bought the ultimate plus kit from ECS for my 1.8T.
You can get the lightweight crank pulley from them.

Ecs makes a good kit, That said the kit that you linked has good belts(contitech) not sure about the tensioner and roller.

 

I just bought a kit from them for a AWM and it can with a metal impeller.
