Ride height question

I have had the car up on jackstands now for approaching 2 months. One of the last items I need to complete before I can drive it again is to torque the bolts for the control arms. (they have all been replaced) Before I started I measured the vertical fender-lip to axle-center distance with the vehicle sitting on the wheels. I figured I would just replicate this distance with a floor jack before I installed the strut-spring assy and would then torque everything at that height. Unfortunately, the car has been up on stands for 2 months now and I have misplaced the measurement. If anyone could check that distance for me I would appreciate it. FWIW I have a 1999 1.8t wagon with the stock springs. Thanks in advance.

I was hoping for the distance from the centerline of the axle to the fender, but I can interpolate it from the ground to fender distance. Thanks guys.

BTW Can't go lower in MN in the winter since I need to go over the snow, not through it. I live a ways out of the city and the roads don't get plowed too early in the morning. Also from a practical standpoint, seems that the lowered cars are almost always the ones with the bent rims. I think they look nice lowered, but mine is high-maintenance enough without me making it more so.
