if they are stock steel wheels, they should fit.

The lug bolts work the same for OEM steel and alloy wheels, but if they're aftermarket you might need cone seat bolts instead of stock ball seat bolts.

 

Crap, I don't see any VAG stamping on the wheels....

15x6 et45 was an OEM Passat steel wheel size. You should be fine putting them on your car.
