Seriously?!?!

I need a garage. Or at least a tree-less, overhead wire-less space in front of my house.

:banghead:

Already done. I keep a hose hooked up in front with a high powered sprayer nozzle for just this type of emergency. And I am going to put a fresh coat of Gold Carnuba wax on tomorrow morning to protect against further gullet washers.

I have the same issue - driveway is too narrow to build a garage and a neighbors tree hangs over my driveway and part of my house. My previous car's finish was destroyed by bird crap - even with vigilant cleaning. I bought a cover for my present ride and its worked much better.

I've been trying to figure out some kind of net or screen to hang under the branches to catch at least part of it. The tree out front has a street light right next to it that makes the birds hang out there all night, build nests and carry on making a racket. In the morning my GF's car is covered.

I heard that the owls only work for a while until the birds get used to it. So either you have to keep moving it to new spots or perhaps get the animated ones that move their heads. But even those would need to be moved eventually.

Or just drop into Eeylops Owl Emporium in Diagon Alley, London and get the real McCoy if you are over there for the Olympics later this month.

Really? I have been using it for a couple years now, and I've never had any issues with application and removal, it's actually one of the easiest to use waxes that I've come across. If application is difficult, try getting the applicator pad damp and then applying the wax.
