I did this a couple days ago. With the roads being crappy I've been alternating between tip shifting and D. I went to pull on to the highway, saw the revs at about 5500 and thought, oh crap I forgot it was in tip mode, better shift. Wiiiiiinnnng, s*it!! neutral and I have a guy bearing down on me. Bang!! back into drive. Memo to self, write letter of apology to transmission.
