Front side cigaret lighter

Okay so I have a 03 passat 1.8t. Pushing 170,000 on it. My cigarette lighter doesn't seem to work.
I've changed the whole thing for a junk yard part. Still nothing. Is there like a fuse, or anything else that
Can be causing this problem??? The one on the center console for the back seat and the 12v in the trunk
Work just fine. Idk what it might be.

There would be a fuse in the circuit I don't know off hand which one.
Check fuses, and the wiring and connector inside the boot between the door and pillar.

Fuse 33, in the main fuse panel (left end of dash), is the cigarette lighter fuse, 15 amps.

The rear power outlet and trunk power outlets each have their own fuses, 20 amps each. Those fuses are not in the main fuse panel--I think they're behind the kick panel by the driver's foot, but I'm not certain. (Perhaps someone can confirm?)
