I have those too on my pussat! I love them! A few minor blemishes and curb rash can be easily fixed! I'd say just repaint them!

I have been wanting to powder coat mine too, got a ticket so it is in my way. Post pictures of what ever you end up doing, I am interested.

 

Has anyone ever painted the lower plastic molding of the car flat black or thought about it? I painted my grille flat black and i think it looks great.

 

^Probably ... Though color matched (and smoothed) is more common.



EDIT: Look up Scats for some textured flat-black lowers ... though his car was silver, not black.
