I have been working on my SAIP problem, checking the combi valve, and I started the car without noticing that one of the coilpacks had popped up. Upon seeing a flashing CEL, I immediately shut it down and (trivially) fixed the problem. Now it idles and runs properly again (except the SAIP), but a scan still shows the two misfire codes. Do I need to erase them, or will they eventually self-clear?
