If you are shopping at Advance, it's also 31390 there. I found it via a simple parts search... (8710 also looks like a part that would fit; that SKU comes from CarQuest, which Advance now owns.) If you like Fel-Pro in particular, 61198 is the correct part.

61171 does NOT appear to fit... where did you dig up that number? Neither Advance's website nor the Fel-Pro catalog list that part for this application.

 

Raider, your car is misfiring and the gasket has nothing to do with it. I am sure you need a gasket, too, but if I were you I would address the misfiring first. I think (getting old and forgetful) AEB still has that ignition module on the top of the air filter, I would suspect that first.

 

If anything, I would say that the gasket leaking is actually helping, by not getting all the un-burned fuel in to the cat.

But it's not the right gasket... even if it physically fits, it looks markedly different from the correct part. All the other versions look notably thicker, and the sealing surface looks very different.

 

61171 was the correct one. That review stated the one he got was too big. This one lined up perfect. It matched what parts I even took off the old gasket and the same from ecstuning
