You are talking about the little fold-down door on the left side, correct? If so, I've got a spare quart of oil, a small road side kit, and a bottle of brake fluid. I need to take out the brake fluid bottle, though. It's round so I can hear it rolling around while I am driving... very annoying.

How about that first aid kit? Wasn't there supposed to be one from the factory? Any1 have a picture of it? I read somewhere that someone put a Johnson & Johnson one in there and that it fit well.

My car doesn't have a trunk/boot, since it's a wagon/estate/variant.

In the subtrunk (subwayback?) I keep the spare wheel, jumper cables, spare accessory belt, and a BIG X-style lug wrench, plus a couple of fold-up reflective plastic triangles. I have the OEM rollup toolkit in the left side compartment, along with the Monsoon sound system amplifier. In the right side compartment I have a first aid kit and a few spare lightbulbs.
