What is a "3B" according to tmtunings website?

Hmmmm..what is an 02 1.8T (b5.5) in the 3B terms? Look at this tmtuning's website:

Looking at exhausts and I can't tell what my 5.5 is....a 3.5B or 3B or 4B...what the hell?????

3B is a b5 1998- 2001 from my understanding, and the 3BG is 2001.5 and up. 8)

Yes, 3B is B5 and 3BG is B5.5, but would rather say that 3B is made between 1996 and Sept. 2000 and 3BG is made after Oct. 2000.
