What is skc? If you want the codes they're on the ross-tech website and listed in the bentley manuals.

"Secret Key Code" for the immobilizer. Got to have it to swap ECU's in later model VW's. Keys won't work with new ECU unless recoded with the ECU specific SKC (Ross-tech tells you how to do it, after you get the SKC from dealer).

Thanks, guys. I found someone here in Lexington (A4 guy) who said he would be happy to help. Now I just need to talk local VW dealer to give up the SKC. Unfortunately, I doubt they'll do it. Haven't had much luck with them in the past.
