When i ib4tlock my car with remote it usually makes this noise and today when i ib4tlocked it, the noise didn't went off.
when i push panic it works but when i ib4tlock it doesn't
anyone knows the problem?

considering you just posted your twin turbo pics again tonight it looks like you haven't moved on.

To answer your question about the horn not sounding when you lock the car....
It could be one of your door latches going bad. Also the trunk or hood latch. If any one of them is "open" the horn won't sound when you lock the car and the alarm won't arm.
