If you are just replacing the front tires, I recommend matching with what you have in the rear. Mixing tires can have a negative effect on the handling of your vehicle.

I'm very pleased with the Dunlop SP SPORT A2's on my Golf. They are great in the rain, snow, and on dry conditions handle like a summer tire should (quiet).

I assume you mean Continental CH95's. The CH95's and MXV4 Energy +'s are OEM tires used on the Passat. Since you are going to only replace the front tires, choose the same tire that is on the rear of your car.

As far as prices go, they don't look too bad. You may want to shop around and get total pricing from other sources. Tire dealers have a way of quoting a tire price and then tacking on a lot of separate fees when they hand you an invoice.
