I have a Passat 1.8 Turbo, which presents the following problem: When accelerating, the turbo is driven, but within seconds the car loses power. I realized, with the stopped car, which when accelerating, the hose coming from the intercooler and enters the collector, and sucked, and is completely flattened, as if closing the air intake, and the engine continued to suck. Anyone know what might be happening?

It sounds to me like you're saying the big black rubber hose that goes from the top of the intercooler up to the throttle body is collapsing. If this is the case, check the entire intake path for blockage. Under load, with a healthy turbocharger, that hose should be under pressure (not vacuum). Are you sure your turbo is healthy?

From underneath, pull the belly pan and disconnect the big intake hoses where they connect to the big metal tube running across the front of the car. Inspect the big metal tube running across the front of the car to be sure it hasn't been crushed.
Pull the top of the airbox and inspect the snow-screen and air filter. Inspect the snorkel leading into the airbox.

Picture of hose I think you are saying collapses.
