yes, I would play with the adjustments a little... give it about 40 miles everytime you change the settings... koni if famous for it to 'pounce' in... also, konis come with a setting from the factory that would have been for the most 'comfort' driving...

 

Actually it sounds like the top bolt was left loose and may have come off. The settings you have are great for comfort. Full soft tends to get too bouncy on the front.

 

i tigtened all the bolts for shure, so unlest it got loose by itself or its some kind of error in design. i dont know but the noise is bothering me everytime i hit a bump its so lout incide.

 

the upper strut nut is notorious for not being torqued down all the way. an inpact gun WILL NOT seat it all the way. you MUST tighten it down until it stops BY HAND or it will make noise over bumps.

 

you mean the one that i had to hold the strut with the hex key to tighten it?
how to make shure its tight?

 

That's the one. Turn it until it won't turn anymore. Trust me, you'll know when you bottom it.

 

thats what i did. i dont really want to go with that ugly pricess again of taking the struts out. but i gues i will have to just to make shure everything is tight. what tools did u use because its hard to get a good grip with regular wrench?
