nope it wont, the new B6 uses a transverse motor and the is integrated into the manifold instead of bolted to like the B5.

B6 body style cars will still accept the older configuration K04-15. It's the B7 and B8 which won't. They're transversal and have a completely different turbo design.

You're right. I was thinking Audi B6. Not VW B6.
