Im having a lot of problems installing my new blow off valve. Im trying to figure out where the factory bypass valve is. If anyone can provide me with a diagram, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Let me give this a try:
1. You don't want to install a blow-off valve, you want a diverter valve which sends the air back into the turbo inlet. A blow-off valve will give you a MIL.
2. You can find the DV below and in front of the turbo, it's attached to the large hose going from the compressor to the pipe under the radiator and to the little vacuum hose going across the front of the engine.

Right?

He may have no CEL's, but he's still running rich. I'll bet if you check his block 032 mult fuel trims he's running between -10 and -20%.
