Is anyone aware of a coolant hose kit for the B5.5 Passat 2.8 V6? I have the car all apart and I would like to replace all the coolant hoses as long as I’m this far into it. I’ve looked online a bit, but haven’t found a kit that includes them all.

No there is not a "kit" for all of the hoses. You'll need to piece together every single hose to get them all.
I have a list of all the coolant hoses for the AHA and ATQ V6 that is equipped with the secondary coolant pump. The secondary coolant pump (if equipped) will be on the passengers side of the engine just to the side of the alternator and behind the lower radiator hose.

FCP Euro.Com did have a coolant replacement kit for the B5.5 last time I checked, that came with some of the coolant hoses needed and g13, but as mentioned before to get them all you would have to piece it together. Well you’re at it you should look into a billet replacement for the coolant flange, the plastic ones are crap. Just my two cents.
Good luck!

The V6 does not have a plastic coolant flange, the 1.8T does. The only plastic that could be swapped on the V6 is the thermostat housing for the ATQ engine after MY2000. The 1998-2000 used an aluminum one as pictured above.

Found it, finally. This was from a comprehensive list of every part I purchased when I tore my wife's 2003 GLX apart and rebuilt the whole front end of the car back in 2016.
The list includes all internal and external engine parts, all front suspension, belly pan kit, axles, wheels bearings, and all plastic covers under/inside the front fenders.

Keep that handy. I want to see if someone will create an info forum thread on something like this. I'll let you know what I'm thinking, later.

You can check the ETKA in the Info Forum to be certain on all of the part numbers. There were minor changes over the years.
The 16-20 are for the metal coolant pipes under the intake.

You can usually re-use spring clamps if they are not rusted, but they are pretty old at this point.

Parts-2-4 are for the fan thermal switch.

I couldn't say what will fix your leaks as we don't know what is leaking. I've done the coolant pipes several times, but other than that, just the thermostat cover and the coolant temps sensor gasket are the common leaks.

Thank you. I understand the source of the leak might be somewhere else. I'm making sure I have everything for the cooling system so I can fix it while doing the TB and water pump. That seems like l the ideal time to do it.

Thanks again.
