HI i just bought a 2000 passat v6 automatic. It runs great with 140k. But when i first pull out in drive it kind of hesitates for a sec and then goes and shifts ine the rest of the way. I turned the traction control off and it seemed to get a little better. Anybody had any problems like this?

The throttle can be pretty touchy. A bit too much and you get wheelspin, too little and it is slow. The drive by wire makes it harder to modulate.
You can check the plugs, clean the throttle body and check to see if the throttle body is properly adapted (with a vagcom). That may help.
