Are these the headlights that come stock on the W8???
Image

are these also refered to as the Bi-Xenon headlights?
Is $950 the best price? Are these stage II HID's that come with it? What Color light do they produce?

Or maybe I should ask if the headlights on the W8 are different that the rest. I never really payed attention.

Hopefully my passat comes in soon. I have been waiting for two weeks.

Re: Headlights (AngeloB5.5)

Here's a pic of the OEM European Bi-xenons for the B5.5 (IIRC the connectors on the W8 headlamps are different).

They are not Stage II. They produce a bright white light with a nice cutoff. When aimed properly, then make a world of difference

Re: Headlights (AngeloB5.5)

I can't vouch for the W8 connectors (I thought I read somewhere - either here or the 'Tex that they were not the same).

As far as the European Bi-Xenons go, they are plug-n-play!

quote:
...this is alittle off topic but how would I go about posting a pic???????

You would need to have your pics hosted somewhere online. Mine, for example are on Club Photo. Once your album is up with your pics, you just cut and past the URL for the images between the "IMAGE" tags.
