headlight switch on Passat 1.8 T 2004

Hi,

I have a Passat 1.8T 2004 and it was pre-woned. SInce I bought it, I have neven been able to turn the highlight switch to the fog light position. I took the switch out and found nothing wrong. It just does not tunr to the fog light position. Anyone have this problem?

Have you tried pulling it straight out? That's how the fogs are activated.

oh, is that how it works? I always thought (from the posts here) that you have to install euro switch for that.

just gently pull towards you and the fogs magically turn on :thumbup:
