Got the fan clutch deleted and managed to fit a 14inch universal fan, created a wiring harness and used the fuel pump trigger to turn on the relay for my new fan.
For the alternator I got a 2004 audi a4 1.8t 150amp and replaced the oem 1.8t accessories bracket with the a4 (recommended to use the braket bolts from the a4 to bolt the new accessories bracket) for the belt, you can use the same size as the one on the vw jetta 1.8t non a/c instead of the k06 has to be a k05 to match the 5 ribs (one sided) harmonic balancer on the passat. U can use the original power steering pump from the passat and the original belt tensioner from it to be a perfect fit.
There's going to be a little clearance issue between the fan and the power steering pulley "they might touch when the car is in reverse" the solution i found for this is to tilt the radiator forward by cutting and rotating the upper rubber mounts located on the top of the radiator. That will give at least a ½ or 1 inch space.
(Lower profile fan might help better)
