This guy has to stock all this stuff himself! It's one man! Have some compassion! He could be pinned under a case of Jetta bumpers calling for help for all we know! OK that's a bit much, but he has so many different deals going on and new parts he's managing to get in that a little lag is understandable. Now how he could juggle all this with another job would begin to make me question if he was human or not.

The same thing sort of happened to me. He did answer my e-mails and PM's , though it took a couple days one time. He was ready to send me another antenna , when my wife asks me "is this what you are looking for" and holds up a padded manila envelope from Rus:banghead:. The thing had been in my house sitting on a shelf for probably 2 weeks, only my wife neglected to mention I had gotten any mail. Her excuse-" I thought you said it was coming in a box".:crazy:

Anyway, don't worry, Rus will take care of you, and you should probably double check your mail.

one word..usps (well not really a word but yah..they lose shit)...they lost some smoked sidemarkers....took over 3 weeks...but rus was on it the whole time...send me a second pair..at my work address.

It realy does happen once in the blue moon that USPS will loose a package. Due to a tiny profit margin (this IS my full time business and the only thing i do in life now) i try to wait for an extra week or so before sending a replacement but if you dont eventually get it - you WILL get a replacement from me.

This is all talking about $10 - $25 items such as antennas, side markers etc...Rest of it ships FedEx.
