Are Dahlback Racing (DBR) products reliable or effective? The only place near me (central NJ) that does performance upgrades on a 1.8t Passat is KMD Tuning located in Mountainside NJ. Most of the products they supply are manufactured by Dahlback racing. From the pictures posted on their website, the products look sketchy at best and i was wondering if anyone has installed any Dahlback racing products, (or any products for KMD Tuning for that matter) specifically the Dahlback 1.8t ECU chip that claims 210 hp and 280tq. They also sell a K04 turbo upgrade made by DBR that claims to put out 290hp and 310tq with DBR K04 5.82, DBR Injectors and DBR software. (with exaust system and larger manifold). Could these numbers be acurate? I cherish my b5.5 and i want to be sure thet the parts and the garage installing the parts are reliable and experienced. Feedback would be much appreicated.
