do you know what sides of the engine its coming from? do you have any aftermarket parts installed?

 

No sir all stock. It kind of sounds like its coming from the front, but i have no clue. My timing belt is done and my fan belt is a little loose so could that be it??

 

Is it intermittent or a constant sound?

 

Hmmm when i accelerate yes its constant and it only happens when the car has been sitting for more than an hour and once i drive it around it will not chirp at all. It only chirps when its been sitting.

 

Check loose belts and Tighten. your symptoms is typical of a loose belt. If it doesn't solve check your diverter valve.

sounds like the diverter valve getting a little stuck after sitting for while, but as gorgycuads said just give everything a check over

 

You can also use some strong tape to hold your fan from turning, and if the noise changes, the fan clutch could be where the noise is coming from.
