Car will not start. Key fob will not work. Interior lights willnot turn on.Theft mode

So I have a 2002 b5.5 passat 1.8t. I was sitting a while with the trunk open and the car locked itself. Now I can not get it to start but everything powers up. The dash lights up but the lights on the inside will not work and neither will the key fob. The doors will lock from the inside. I tried to jump the battery and still nothing. Someone said its in theft mode and to touch the two battery cables together for two minutes and let it sit to reset the ECU. I checked the fuses by hand and I can not see any blown. Can someone tell me which one the ignition fuse is so I can check it. The card does not help very much

Yes, the fuse numbers are the same for B5/ B5.5. Not sure if all the fuse functions stay the same, but 14 is the CCM in both cases, and will cause the issues you've told us you have if it is blown. Here is a little easier diagram to follow:
