Nice man! I love the B5, but Avalon??? ouch... Hey, I did the same thing today - wash, clay, (try to) fix a few scratches, Megs three step cleaner, polish and Mothers FX Synwax. I didnt get done until 6:30 so I couldnt see the result very well. less than an hour later I was outside carefully toweling off the rain.. :banghead: :banghead:

Hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow.... Hope my work produced some good results, its the most time Ive put into detailing ever.

Hey, I need to start getting my act together about getting my tint done, when you get a chance, can you fill me in on this guy you know who does tints? Thanks...

thanks for the comments guys..as for the tint..i LOVE it.
3m fully metalized..i wanted to go with regular dark black tint...but i dunno...i did it this way basically because the heat rejection is tremendous, and the fact that it would never fade.

the shift knob (as well as pedals) are sparco...Sparco Globe X shift knob aluminum with perforated black leather to be exact

i had darker than limo..on my BLACK ON BLACK mk3 gti vr6..and never had problems..*knock on wood*

Damn sweet ride but I can never get into black wheels. To me it makes the car look like it lost its hubcaps. Just my thoughts on the wheels.

 

^^ No way, especially not in person. Black wheels have be done up just right, and I think he hit the nail on the head.
