Couple of weeks ago my airbag light came on. Of course, right before the state safety inspection is due. Finally was able to scan the car yesterday with VAG-COM and pulled the codes. Eventually cleared them and within 100 yards of driving, the light came back on. These are the following codes:
Address 15: Airbags Labels: 6Q0-909-605-VW5.lbl
Part No: 1C0 909 605 C
Component: 09 AIRBAG VW61 04 0001
Coding: 12345
Shop #: WSC 00028
VCID: 245AE63A9E4B
2 Faults Found:
00532 - Supply Voltage B+
07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent
00591 - Seat Belt Switch; Driver (E24)
32-10 - Resistance too High - Intermittent
Any clue as to what these could be? Was thinking airbag controller unit, but that is somewhat a shot in the dark and want to make sure I have a better idea prior to randomly buiying parts.
In addition, anyone know how if the "Check Brake Pads" light goes off once new pads are placed on? Couldn't find a what to clear that one :wrench:.
