I got some 17" Mille Miglia Spyders and I just have some questions.

1. These wheels came on a 7X17.5 but ismounted on a 235/45/17 tires. Is that the right size? Also I noticed that when i put the tires side by side with my stock tires (195/65/15) its a little bit higher, is that normal?

2. Where can I buy 1 hubcentric rings for them? I cant wait to mount them on my car. Im hoping they are really 5X112. Am I okay with a 35 offset?

225/45/17 is the correct fitment for Passats. 235 will work so long as you're not lowered aggressively and the offset of the wheel isn't too aggressive (say lower than 35ET). The size of that tire might not be ideal for a 17x7.5" wheel (a little wide for the wheel) - but you shouldn't have any problems running them assuming you're not lowered too much.

I was looking at the fitment data for the Mille Miglia Spiders and I don't see a 17x7.5 with a 5x112 pattern. The ones we have listed are 5x114. This is a discontinued wheel so it may just be that we no longer listed that fitment but make sure it is actually 5x112.

Where did you get them from?

Your tire is 10mm larger in diameter than stock so your speedo will only be off by about 1.3 km/h so it's not too bad. Your tires won't generally rub but I do find mine rub when making a right turn down a ramp, like the Shuter Street exit from the Eaton Centre parking garage. Just take it slow and you'll be fine. What drop do the Eibach's give you? I have the H&R Sports that dropped my front about 44mm.

I bought my Spyders from City Tire downtown at Queen and Jarvis, so I suspect he could get you the rings. Are you sure your wheels don't already have them mounted into them? Take a look for a brass ring inside where the hub fits into the wheel.

I test fitted the wheels last night and it was fine. 5 X 112 it is. I got the wheels from a local sale. It has curb rashes but not too bad.

I checked the inside of the wheels and yeah I need one of them brass rings. I think the HR drops the car more than the Eibachs do. I only have approx 1.0" drop up front I think
