Will run but motor loses Bank 2 cylinders at the weirdest times. Good car for learning repair and restoration...if you are so inclined. If you have to pay a mechanic, you may want to think twice.
Car runs but has not done so in the last two years. New fuel pump installed 10K back. Body not perfect but car in good condition. Has broken coil spring but replacement coils and rear shocks that I never found the time to install are included in the sale price. Last time I checked, all cylinders held 190+ lbs PSI.
Exhaust flex pipes are toast, so this is bring a trailer, not just a battery.
We had a second Passat wagon in our household so many extra parts go with her. Timing belt bar and locking pin, new water pump, spare B5 hood, many, many other bits and bobs incl. the very rare fuel pump wrench.
Price is negotiable...will take more photos on request or answer serious questions.
