im guessing JulianFang's 4mo supercharged passat is pretty damn quick. that or the guy who did the 2.8L Twin Turbo upgrade....

I hit my fastest ever today on the Garden State Parkway --- 97mph. Then I had to reign it in because I saw a white crown vic sitting on the median coming up. But I've only had the car since June and my tires are getting to be really, really crappy.

I remeber this one guy that had the 440hp 1.8t passat (was bored out to 2.0L), very fast ....

Damn, that is nutz, what type of Turbo is he running :shock: :???: . Amazing so, gives me hope for mine :roll: . I would not do anything like that so... . As far as Variants goes, i think the Canadian Candy white S4 twin trubo swap takes the cake :thumbup:

since b5ers don't seem to be very track friendly...i'll say Teddy has the fastest 1.8T passat..i think his best run was a 12.5 or 12.6 with a gt30 custom setup...

OK- this guy at talked to at my local vee-dub shop[ is parting out a 99 passat and gutting it- and making it a drag car... i was looking at the engine he is using... it has a 5 INCH EXHAUST!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know... its goign to be FASt.. so you know hwo big a 5 inch round pipe is.. wtf dude :crazy:

I dont think a V6 will be the fastest here, its going to be one our beloved 1.8T boys.

They are lighter and quicker! Unless someone has a 2.7T swap then it will be a V6 boy!

Fastest in my stocker is 110 MPH did it this morning on 93 South in NH.

Lots of very fast cars around. I bet that twin turbo 30V is one of the fastest!
