well looks like i will end up having to do the big job i have looked through all the maintenance records for my 2000 passat v6 and no signs of tb and wp replacement dnt know how it has survived to 127233 unless they didnt put the reciept for the wp in the folder they gave to me because on one reciept from vw dealer it says 2 cylinder head: called wp : next week but i guess it cant hurt to replace any input on this guys and does anyone know a shop in connecticut that could do it for a reasonable price thanks pics coming soon to dark for my camera tonight

haha i emailed germanautoparts.com and yes i would be purchasing the tb service kit deluxe which includes new accesory belt and thermostat

just need to find a mechanic who wont bend me over the hood to do it

Reputable Vw/Audi shop.
Don't take this to teh shop around the corner. they likely don't have half a clue what to do with your car. Dealer will charge a fortune.

Your writing style is exceedingly difficult to follow. Your OP was 100+ words with no breaks, breaths, beats, commas, periods or other pauses. It's hard to know what it is that you're asking sometimes.

Also, you don't have to post everything in the n00b forum. You can make topical posts and threads in the proper places. You're far more likely to find the help you're looking for that way.
