Ah, you're going to have to do a little more troubleshooting yourself than that. Does the pump audibly run? If not, bad pump, switch, wiring, etc. If it does, you can start taking apart the hoses looking for the blockage.

Hmmmm.. I'm experiencing the same problem here! My situation is that the plastic hose that takes the washer fluid is totally cracked, it seems to me that these hoses are prone to dry out and crack with time.
Not sure if it helps but these pictures show both the pump and the cracked hose. The pump is placed into a hole of the washer tank through a rubber piece and a "L" shaped piece of rubber drives the water pump nipple to the hose.
