How would I widen my Montreals on my stock suspension. Can I add spacers? Are there specialty shops that make wheels wider? What's up everybody ? I need your advice?
thanks

If you're looking just to aesthetically widen your stance, spacers are your best bet. Check out ecstuning.com for them. I'd recommend 8mm's for the front, and 20mm's for the rear. If you're lowered much, I'd say go even wider.

Now if you want your actual rim wider, there are shops that do that, however it will be very expensive.

Not at all, just a matter of preference. Personally, I like very low cars to have wheels slightly poking out of the wheel wells. This however would not look good on a car on stock suspension.

If you're not lowered, I would run 15mm's in the rear, and either 5's or 8's up front. That would make the wheels close to flush with the fenders, and would look great IMO.

It's not worth the cost (if even possible) to widen the wheels themselves.

Cast Aluminum is not friendly to welding of any kind. It is doable with forged wheels though.
