Looking for a little help on selecting the correct master cylinder for my car, 2002 ATQ. I keep finding masters that are listed as either ATE or Lucas, how do I determine which I have? Another site I came across listed either new or old style, again, not sure which would be appropriate for my car.

From my limited research (Thanks Adirondack ;) ), all you need to know is whether your MC is ATE or Lucas. There was no early/late VIN split for master cylinders used from 2002-2005.

The "ATE" logo has a prominent, arcing "A" with the lower case "t" and "e" a little harder to see. Logo is usually cast into the body of the master cylinder.
