I bent all my valves on a 98 1.8T Passat from a broke timing belt. I am replacing the entire engine with a new one that has 44k miles on it. I am replacing the clutch and turbo along with it. Is there anything else I should think about replacing since the engine will be out of the car and things will be easier to get to? The car itself has 113k miles on it. I'm in this for the long run, what else should I put in there?

I would replace the timing belt and water pump on the new one. It would be much easier
to do while it is all apart. Also replace the thermostat and all vacuum and coolant hoses.
