You might want to run NGK Spark Plugs Part#: PFR6Q gapped at .032!

Bosch Spark Plugs Part#: F7LTCR are pregapped for the 1.8T's and run great on chipped ECU's.
i was looking at some Denso Iridium plugs, 12.95 a plug..but they seem good
im not so sure on which to go with, im kinda new at the VW stuff, what do you guys think about those plugs (Denso)
yeah I saw those today too, I'm planning on getting those if they get a good review here from some members
I've used regular inexpensive Denso, Autolite, and Champion...no need for all that Iridium hoo-ha.
I've been using Bosch F5DPOR Platin plugs for the last 30K miles. They are the OE plug for the 20 valve 5-cylinder S4. They're also part of the MTM Stage 3 kit. They cost $20 a plug. I can't say that they're anything special, but they last a long time.

'Denso' is a good choice. a bit pricey but you will be pleased with the results, especially if you're running 15+ psi boost. Go with the Iridium PK20PR-L11 you wont regret it.

I found out the hard way that having the right plugs are very critical on our engines.

Good luck...
Bosch F5DPOR
Recognized that p/n right away! (ex-'91 200q20v owner) Curious as to why you would use such an expensive plug on the 1.8T if not called for? You could buy multiple sets of NGKs for that kind of money.
Peace of mind, more than anything. I'm running Stage 2 programming. Also, I'm slowly migrating to an MTM Stage 3. I already have the exhaust and the plugs. :)

Finally, all the Audi old-timers that I know recommend them.

Well, you're certainly in the heart of quattro country, and the Kent & Keith show.

Enjoy!
