went to visit the same dyno that i dynoed the passat when it had the 28rs (dynoed at 256whp and 240wtq)
this time it made 309whp and 254wtq at 18psi
the "new setup":
50trim .63ar ex housing (journal bearing)
CX racing FMIC
VR6 throttle body
Tapp/Eurodyne 630cc software with the A8 MAF

Im happy since I was hoping for 300whp
next is internal work and 26-30psi, and probably a better turbo
but that will take a long time since I have 2 other vehicles that I mod
dyno sheet

I can't help but notice that the spool up is pretty bad with current set up. What are your mods?

But nice numbers nontheless :thumbup:

journal bearing.. I went that route because I wanted a slow spool because i dont have internals yet

the car was built with a purpose and in a way that it wouldnt destroy itself :thumbup:

yea I have plans/parts sitting around, just havent had time ($) to do it..
its hard having too many projects at the same time, I cant reason spending more money on my fwd when I can spend it on the quattro; so thats why.
half of me wishes the passat would get totalled from the rear end so I could swap everything to a A4
