I am trying to figure out what trim package I have. My registration says I have an R-line but I don't see anything else on my car that says that. Might be a dumb question but I want to make sure I order the right parts from fcpeuro.

What year? Got pictures? R-line is mostly a trim package with styling differences to set it apart from the other trims.

BTW, if you have a US Passat, it is an NMS-B7 or a Facelifted one, depending on year. We got a different model than everyone except China.

Sorry about that, it's a 2016 US Passat.

One thing you can do is find a listing for the same year R-line and see if it looks like yours. Posting pics will help, too.

I believe the R-line got the larger 19" wheels as well. Big difference is the lower portion of the front bumper. It is sportier looking and extends lower .

By the look of the wheels, that's not an R-line.
Exterior R-lines should have 19 inch wheels, r-line specific front bumper, rear air diffuser and R-line grill badge.

You can call VW customer service and they can tell you what trim level your car is and what options it has. Or you can order a new vehicle window sticker from Monroney. It will tell you all the factory installed options it has.

It does say TSI on the back badge but I can't find that option on any pages that require the trim package info

I also have a 2016 R. There's an R badge on the front grille and 19" wheels. Paddle shifters and 09G transmission. Leather steering wheel. Nothing on the title or registration says R, but the VIN lookup I used confirms it.
