Long story short, intake pipe where it connects to the bumper has been broken since I've had the car, yesterday it wiggled loose and fell into the radiator fan, fortunately the fan seems fine but it did an excellent job of chewing up my part. Here is a pic of the part that got shredded, looking to see if anyone has a part number so I can get a replacement ordered.

The holes in the radiator support are probably stripped out, it's plastic, so you'll need to use some bigger screws or loctite/glue them in.

I'd recommend looking at the fan with a flashlight and keeping an eye on it for cracks. I had a fan disentigrate once. Fan pieces being flung at high rpm took out a wiring harness, damaged some other stuff and scratched the hell out of everything under the hood. It also shredded the padding on the underside of the hood. What a pita.
