I ordered the APR tune from ECS last week and know their offices have been closed for the holidays, so I can fully understand a delay. Anyway, I called ECS today to find out when I would receive the UPS overnight shipping document in order to ship my ECU. The guy I spoke to today basicly said the owner told him, I'd get it when I get it.
Anyway, how long is that usually? I sort of figured I would have received it immediately (computer generated), but that's clearly not the case. I don't mind waiting, but it would be nice to have an idea of how long of a wait I should expect.
Here is what their website states in regards to shipping: "Order your chip online at ECS, you will then receive an email containing a prepaid UPS Next Day Air shipping label."
I have no doubt it will be worth the wait.
