Despite that fact that some members feel all Texans drive pickups, live in trailers, marry their sisters, and have vehicles on blocks; that isn't quite true in my neck of the woods.

I just came back from my Wells Fargo branch and here is what I saw :

My R32 seems so inadequate now

Bank manager schmoozing

A buddy showed up with his Escalade (EXT? like an Avalanche)

He let me look at the engine bay

He told me his biggest complaint; too much wind with the top down at >120 mph

Ya what a loooooooooooser!! He obviously thinks he's special since he can't even park between the lines properly.

A close family friend has a yellow 355-F1.
Absolutely gorgous. Its his company car (he works for Ferrari) and despite having owned hundreds of cars, insists its the most reliable. He has +/- 135K on it now, and its never left him stranded or without a/c.
Except for the 10K interval on valve adjustments, its perfect.

If had had that ride or any convertible, my top would always be up when parked.

To top it off, I was shopping at Hong Kong Market in Chinatown. I was showing a couple of Houston V'dubr's the ropes about Chinese shopping (actually the wife was).

Anyway as we leaving, what did we see?
