I was thinking of doing this. But I want to get my hands on another shift plate before I venture. I got my idea from looking at the Mercedes benz C class 2001 W203 chassis the shift pattern is just like the DSG and the gate is hidden underneath a leather boot.


So does anyone have a damaged shift plate that they wany to donate to automotive innovation.
