Can try installing a Sprint Booster. It does not enhance the performance limits of the car, but will definitely enhance the throttle response. I am using a similar device, Velocity, and I find the enhancement is really good :)
A cheap and effective way; only thing is, if set to max (there are 4 levels of setting for mine), the car will really go WILD :p .... sure to wheel spin on start if not careful.
Can try if you don't intend to enhance performance limits, but just wish to enhance the throttle response. Check out the reviews on Youtube. :)

No need for Sprint booster if your chipping. Bottom line, stage 1 give better than stock, stage 2 is even better. It depends on the mods you want to add. Intake, exhaust, intercooler, etc........

Well I'm not saying lighter wheels are a performance mod.

A heavy wheel only hurts you when trying to take off....a lighter wheel, since it's lighter, will spin quicker/easier off the line is all

Once you're up to speed....a heavy wheel or light wheel doesn't matter anymore.

When braking...the heavy wheels hurt a little too

A lighter wheel/tire combo will also help give you better fuel economy. I shaved 8 pounds off each corner and saw a 2mpg increase.

Thanks yall. I am looking at upgrading my rotors and braking systems. So I was just going for look. But will look hard at lightweight. Ordering my chip this weekend so that should help with performance. 70 bucks with 60 hpw and about 7 more mpg.

basically what it comes down to is rotational inertial its harder to rotate a 18-19 in wheel over a 16 if u want a wheel tht will perform the same as the OEM 16s in acceleration youd need to get a 15-16 lb 18in wheel and even lighter 19. as the main mass of the wheel moves farther away from the axle the more effort tht is needed to rotate the wheel. Whether people say they feel it or not its fact and thts how it will work. My wheels are 18s and weigh 22 lbs a piece but i got them bc i loved the way they look.
